The Office of the City Clerk / Treasurer serves as an important link to residents, visitors and to Municipal Government providing services essential to the day-to-day needs of the general public and City Departments.
The Department provides staff support for the City Council agenda process, records the proceedings of City Council meetings; and codifies and publishes the Municipal Code. The City Clerk also serves as the Municipal Court Clerk.
Oklahoma Open Records Act
The City of Wilburton abides by the Oklahoma’s Open Records Act Title 51 Oklahoma Statutes §§ 24A.1 et seq., to provide information to the public. Reasonable request(s) for public records will be accommodated in a reasonable response time.
