The Wilburton City Council has declared surplus the listed items which are to be sold using a sealed bid system. Items are available at 107 NW 3rd Street for inspection Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, from Friday September 20th - Friday October 18th, 2024. A bid sheet may be picked up at City Hall beginning Friday September 20th, 2024.

• Sealed Bids will be accepted at City Hall through Sunday, October 20th, 2024 at 12:00 PM. .
• Bids will be opened at City Hall on Monday, October 21st, 2024 at 12:00 PM.   
• Minimum bid amount set required.
• All items sold as is.     
• The highest bidder for each item will be notified via telephone. 
• All items must be paid for and removed by close of business Monday, October 21st, 2024.
